Introduction

Corruption has been exposed in undeveloped Countries as a major impediment to economic growth. Many Liberals have been claiming that the rise and alteration of the international Corporate structure has actually worsened the practice of Corruption. It is known that one of the greatest inhibitations of Corruption lay in its exposure to public light.

The George W. Bush presidential administrations are approaching an end, with a majority of potential damage already past; real political Initiatives will not likely be forecoming, and if they are, they will not likely meet favorable review. The Bush administrations are widely known for excessive major Expenditures which have been poorly administered, with Corporate entities receiving high overpayments for poor Services. Corruption often appears as an organic part of the Program performance, designed to create the vast Profits for Business entities without adequate provision of any Service at all.

I am opening this Blog for Commentators alone, hoping I will not have to Post further on this Outlet. I ask the Commentators to provide a verifiable Record of the Corruption of which they are aware, flowing from the Bush administrations. I may later attempt to put any compliation in some form of Cronological order. lgl
